Registry of Excluded Numbers (RNE) – applicable in Colombia only

In accordance with the provisions of Resolution CRC 5050 of 2016, updated by Resolution 6522 of 2022, clause 2.1.18.2.3, any mobile user may register for free their cell phone number towards the RNE in order to avoid receiving short text messages (SMS) and/or multimedia messages (MMS) with commercial and/or advertising content.

For that reason, the mobile user can enter the SIUST portal www.siust.gov.co and register the phone number through the RNE option (found in the upper right part of the screen).
