Vodnjan, Croatia, February 20th, 2024 ā At Mobile World Congress global cloud communications platform Infobip has introduced its Rich Communication Services (RCS) Business Messaging Solution to enable MNOs and enterprises to engage with customers and create memorable experiences by delivering rich conversational messages.
According to tech analyst Juniper, RBM usage will grow from just under one billion users in 2023 to more than two billion by 2028. Moreover, Juniper expects RBM traffic to increase by 350% in the next five years. Given this growth, Infobip has launched its RCS Business Messaging Solution to enable MNOs to offer RCS Business Messaging to enterprise customers on their network, whilst providing the MNO control and analysis of the traffic. By introducing the innovative solution, Infobip is driving the growth of the whole messaging ecosystem and increasing the reach of Rich Business Messaging.
