An outbound message is routed from a client or an application and delivered to the end user’s mobile phone.
It may also be regarded as a Mobile Terminated message or MT, signifying that the message’s endpoint is a mobile phone.
What is the difference between outbound and inbound messages?
Outbound messages are used to contact customers, to send products or services, or for customer follow-ups and surveys, while inbound messages come from end-users to businesses.
