Omdia ranks Infobip as leader for CPaaS

Omdia classifies Infobip as a leader for CPaaS, after achieving the highest ranking in four categories: business model, solution breadth, professional services, and partnerships. The report also states that Infobip is one of the more consistently high-performing vendors in the Omdia Universe, with all its category scores at 50% or above – and most within a 20% band ranging from 75% to 96%.
