Juniper Research Ranks Infobip Market Leader in Mobile Messaging Space
Industry analyst firm Juniper Research has rated Infobip as the leading vendor in its latest Mobile Messaging Competitor Leaderboard report. Infobip is positioned as an Established Leader, well ahead of the other 19 vendors in the report. The report assesses mobile messaging providers based on 11 criteria, including Market Presence; Innovation; Sophistication of Messaging Platforms; Extent and Breadth of Partnerships; and Future Business Prospects.
Juniper highlights that Infobip’s plans to target developers, as evidenced by its acquisition of Shift Conference, offer an opportunity to boost the visibility of its solutions. Infobip’s purchase of OpenMarket will also help to strengthen its position in North America, a key mobile messaging market. Juniper forecasts that total mobile messaging revenue in North America will grow from $52.5 billion in 2020, to $63.7 billion in 2025.
