Infobip Strengthens Oracle Partnership 

Infobip has added more cloud-based extensions to Oracle business apps, creating extra value for Oracle clients and better experiences for their customers.

The partnership, which started in 2018, has grown to include WhatsApp Business Platform, Viber and SMS powered by Infobip over Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Responsys and Oracle Eloqua. More than two billion interactions have been managed through this partnership so far. 

We’re happy to announce that our Latin America team have been elected by the Oracle sales team as the Best Independent Software Provider for Customer Experience in Fiscal Year 2022. This demonstrates our competitive advantage and reinforces the added value that our products and solutions provide to our partners’ operations.
