WhatsApp API
Due to changes initiated by WhatsApp, this release will bring alterations to the location content type message in WhatsApp API - starting from October 26, 2023, the "locationName" and "address" fields will become mandatory.
Dark mode
EARLY-ACCESS
This feature is released as Closed Early Access. If you want to enable it, contact your account manager.
Dark mode is now available for agent panels in Conversations, which significantly improves the user experience by reducing eye strain and provides a consistent and more accessible environment for the agents.
Moments
Add new or update existing audience in an active flow
You can now add or remove audience from an active flow without having to create a new flow version or create a new flow.
You can add or remove the audience in the following ways:
- Add audience from the profiles section in People.
- Add audience when importing profiles in People.
- Add or remove audience in the Flow editor in Moments.
Custom domain URL shortening is now available for more channels
Custom domain URL shortening is now available for LINE, Viber, and WhatsApp.

Bulk update attributes for multiple profiles
EARLY-ACCESS
You can bulk update standard and custom attributes for multiple profiles. You can do the following:
- Update the existing values of attributes.
- Reset attributes to a blank value.

Add audience to an active flow
In People, you can manually add the following to an active flow in Moments.
- Tags: Adds all profiles, which have the tags that you select, to the flow.
- Audience segments: Adds all profiles, which belong to the segments that you select, to the flow.
- Person profiles: Adds all profiles that you select to the flow.
- Companies: Adds all profiles, which belong to the companies that you select, to the flow.

Add list properties to an existing list attribute
You can now add properties to a list attribute even after you save the list attribute. For more information, refer to the Create list attribute documentation.
US Compliance
Support for CPaaS X within 10DLC registration
Campaigns and brands are now extended to support CPaaS X parameters for Application and Entity. This support for the CPaaS X parameters enables you to input any application and entity information within the invoices for 10DLC fees.
This is available over API and on the US Sender Registration App.

Campaigns and brands are now extended to support CPaaS X parameters for Application and Entity. This support for the CPaaS X parameters enables you to input any application and entity information within the invoice for Short Code fees.
This is available on the US Sender Registration App only.

Call routing enhancements
Expanded destination types
Call routing now includes the following new destination types:
- Predefined WebRTC Identity - add WebRTC identities as destinations in your routes. Connect across phone, SIP, and WebRTC apps
- Dynamic Routing Element via Webhook - determine a route destination dynamically by making a webhook request to your app
Priority and weights assignment
Take control with enhanced Call Routing. Assign priorities and weights to each destination in a route - like a traffic signal for your calls.

WebRTC text broadcasts in Conferences and Dialogs
SDK Broadcast Capabilities
Businesses can use our Calls API to send text broadcasts from backend apps to everyone involved in a conference or dialog, effortlessly sharing important updates in real-time.
WebRTC SDK Integration
In our WebRTC SDK event, you can let participants see broadcasts during conferences with display notifications. For example, you can notify WebRTC participants that a conference or dialog is due to close in several minutes.

Number masking
Let callees know they're being recorded
This release includes new Number Masking recording parameters with a callback response. Developers can enable active call recording and/or specific custom announcement.
Custom Session Reference ID
Developers can include new parameters in the callback request. This enhancement means customers can better organize and track their interactions, streamlining your operational efficiency.

Oracle Responsys messaging
This release includes the CallBack feature allowing you to add your own custom text or select them from a predefined placeholder list.
You can add the Callback Data parameters from the placeholder list, which based on customer data obtained from fields, such as Profile list, Profile extension table, and Event variable.

Address.dev
The Address.dev integration is an address checker feature that provides accurate address fields for the country a user has input, and the relevant address fields will follow for the user to populate accordingly.
For example, if a user is located in the United Kingdom, and inputs that they are located there, the chatbot only answers with address fields relevant to the United Kingdom, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Post Code, and including the correct formatting.
For an online retail shop, Address.dev can be used to verify the addresses of the customers who purchase products on the retail site. It can also be used to verify addresses for customers returning and requesting refunds or for customer admin purposes.

Google Calendar for Experiences
The Google Calendar integration for Experiences enables you to connect your Google Calendar schedule with the meeting organizer. You can automate scheduling, and cancel and reschedule appointments with your customers.
The features of this integration include:
- Add meeting organization capabilities to your AI assistant. Customers can request a meeting from the conversational AI and the scheduled time slot appears in your schedule.
- **Minimize back and forth interactions.**Experiences handles all scheduling events, times, and dates.
- **Set working times.**Define when meetings can be scheduled.
