Conversations
Conversation agent assignment endpoint update
We are adding a new endpoint, Change Conversation Assignment (opens in a new tab), designed specifically to change assignment from a bot to another agent or from an agent to another agent.
If you already use the Update Conversation (opens in a new tab) endpoint to change assignments, you can continue to do so with one exception, Agent Takeover. For Agent Takeovers, the new endpoint, Change Conversation Assignment (opens in a new tab), will now additionally update Answers that a bot is no longer in control of the conversation, so we highly recommend using this endpoint moving forward for all Agent Takeovers.
Placeholders for automatic replies
You can now configure placeholders to customize automated replies for the following actions:
- Send message to customer (content)
- Email customer (content + subject)
- Email external recipient (message content + subject)
- Email transcript (subject)
- Notify by email (subject)
- Message on Slack (content)

10DLC
Political Use Case over US Sender Registration app
This release now offers support for political use cases directly over the US Sender Registration app.
Clients can now create brands and campaigns for political traffic by following a third-party vetting process to obtain an authorization token. The vetting provider for the political use case is Campaign Verify (opens in a new tab). This authorization token ensures that the registration is approved for political traffic.
Clients can add this token for the brand registration process in the US Sender Registration app, and Infobip can then update the brand and enable access to the political use case scenario.
This process is relevant for 527 tax-exempt organizations. For brands that are non-profit entities with status 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5), and 501(c)(6), they qualify for the political use case without the need to go through an external vetting from Campaign Verify.
For more information, see Political Use Case.
