Generative AI (GenAI) is a type of artificial intelligence that learns from data input to create a new piece of content. GenAI not only learns from the instructions that you provide but also learns patterns and structures from data input. GenAI uses this information to create new and unique content such as text, videos, images, and audio, which resemble human created content and has similar characteristics to the input.

Use GenAI to create conversational chatbots to simplify and speed up chatbot creation, and provide instant responses, support, and personalized experiences.

You can perform various tasks such as the following.

• AI chatbots: Create AI chatbots, which can identify the intent of an end user's question and provide a relevant response. These chatbots use natural language processing and machine learning to simulate human-like conversations.
• Generate training phrases automatically: Instead of manually creating each training phrase for the intents in your AI chatbots, use GenAI to automatically generate training phrases.
• Answers copilot: Instead of manually designing the chatbot, use Answers copilot, which is a GenAI feature, to design the chatbot based on textual input that you provide. This feature is in the Early access phase.
• AI assistants: Use AI assistants, which are AI models that are trained with the data that you specify. Use the trained AI assistant in your chatbot to respond to end user queries. Example: Answer FAQs, resolve issues, provide insights, and provide support.
• GenAI tools: Use GenAI elements from Exchange in your Answers chatbot to add functionality to your chatbot. You can perform tasks such as identifying the intent of end users' messages, answering FAQ, and generating output based on specific instructions.
