Kakao Chingu over Broadcast
Easily send messages through Kakao Chingu, a popular messaging platform in Korea, using our Broadcast feature. You can utilize the KakaoTalk app on the Infobip web interface, including image uploading capabilities, to create more engaging communication and boost interactions.
Send messages using Kakao Chingu and Broadcast

On the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab), navigate to Moments > Broadcasts > Create broadcast.

Select KakaoTalk as the preferred channel.

Enter or add Recipients and Sender.

To design your message, use the Select to create content option. You can also import content from an existing broadcast by selecting Import content. However, be aware that importing content will overwrite any already populated fields.

Choose one of the available message types and design and preview your message using the content editor.

Once your message is ready, select Done designing. You can also enable additional options:

Failover to SMS: Add SMS as a fallback option in case KakaoTalk delivery fails. Enter the following details:
- Sender: Choose from a list of senders or type the sender's number.
- Message: Type the fallback SMS message.
- Character set: Choose from the list to add special characters from selected languages.

Message scheduling: Schedule your message.
- Time zone: Set the time zone for message delivery.
- Communication start: Select the start date and time for the communication
- Delivery time window: Specify the days and time range for message delivery.

Tracking and reporting: Monitor campaign performance through API or webhooks.
- Enable delivery reports over API pull: Forward delivery reports to a defined endpoint.
- Push delivery reports to webhook: Send delivery reports to a specified webhook.
- Data payload: Add additional information, such as the recipient's name and address

Advanced settings:
- Message sending speed: Set the rate of message delivery (per second, minute, hour, or day).
- Validity period: Define how long the broadcast remains valid.
- Failover to SMS validity period: Set how long the system should attempt to send SMS messages if KakaoTalk delivery fails.

Select Continue to preview to review your message. Address any warnings, and when ready, select Launch to send your message.
