Failed messages resend
Some of your messages failed due to a lack of credit on your account, and you still want them to be delivered?
Support can resend them. This is possible for messages that were not terminated more than 48 hours ago.
If you wish to do this, you need to submit all the details about the messages you wish to resend (account details like username or account ID, time period, status, etc.) to Support (opens in a new tab). Make sure to keep your account manager informed (for example by using "cc" in your email message) so that they are aware of your request.
