Network connectivity options

Network connectivity options

Our products and services can be accessed through a number of data center colocations (the Infobip points of presence) around the world. There are several ways for you to set up a private physical or virtual network connectivity with the Infobip platform that does not involve the usual public Internet access. These options are a good choice in scenarios where security, privacy, latency, bandwidth, or stability of the connection are of great importance.

Direct L1 link cross-connect

If you use the same data center as Infobip to colocate your hardware, it is possible to cross-connect via a direct layer 1 link.

MPLS link

The Infobip hardware is housed in colocated data centers with a plethora of MPLS providers. Cross-reference the list of the Infobip locations (see the table at the end of this article) with your MPLS provider of choice to find out how to connect with Infobip.

Third-party network interconnection providers

Connectivity with certain Infobip locations can be enabled through the following network interconnection providers:

Internet Exchanges

Infobip is present in the Internet Exchange centers that can be used as points for establishing private peering with customers.

The full up-to-date list can be found on the PeeringDB (opens in a new tab) page.
