Mobile Push and In-App Messages

Infobip Mobile SDK allows you to get data about mobile app audiences, store it in People CDP and communicate with your mobile users via push notifications and in-app messages.

Mobile Push Notifications

Notifications are triggered on Android and iOS devices. Deliver meaningful and relevant information to end users when the customer is not in the mobile app.

In-App Messages

Reach your mobile app audience with the highest click-through rate to accompany their mobile app user experience. In-app messages are shown on the device screen when a mobile app is opened. That way your customers won’t miss valuable information.

Inbox

Save incoming messages to inbox, so that your customers can always navigate back to the content that they received earlier.

Mobile Audience Profiling

Mobile audience profiling is a crucial part of customer engagement. Infobip's mobile SDK collects data about mobile devices and users' behavior and syncs it with Infobip’s People CDP.

To use Mobile push and in-app messages, you must have an Infobip account with Moments enabled.

If you do not have an Infobip account, register for an account (opens in a new tab).

To start the free trial for Moments, do the following:

  1. Log on (opens in a new tab) to your Infobip account.
  2. In the menu on the left, select the Moments icon.
  3. Select Try Free.
