Following features are available over Infobip SaaS and provide Two-way communication.

LINE over Moments

Use your LINE Official Account in Flow to send messages to your audience.

For more information about how to create and build your flow, refer to the Create Flow article. After following the initial steps, carry out the instructions below to use LINE in Flow.

Send LINE Text message

  1. Define the entry point. Example: Incoming message
  2. Add a new element to the flow called “Send LINE message”.
  3. To send a text message, choose the type Text.
  4. Compose your message.

You can personalize each message using previously defined variables.

Send LINE Image message

  1. Choose the type Image.
  2. Set the image and thumbnail URLs. Make sure that you use the correct extension.

Send LINE Rich card message

Rich cards enable you to include more information in your messages. Rich cards contain image, title, text, and action buttons.

Infobip currently supports the following types of action buttons — Open URL and Reply.

  • When the customer taps the Open URL button. the link specified in the URI property opens in the LINE in-app browser.
  • When the customer taps the Reply button, the string in the text property is sent as a message from the customer.

Add Quick replies to a message

When a customer receives a message containing quick reply buttons from your LINE Official Account, those buttons are displayed at the bottom of the chat screen. The customer can tap one of the buttons to reply to your message or to open a URL in the LINE in-app browser. You can set up to 13 quick reply buttons for each message.

LINE over Conversations

Provide your customers with quick support and resolve issues in one-on-one conversations over their favorite communication channel. At the same time, decrease your call center operational costs.

To help your agents make the most of their communication with customers, LINE is also available as a communication channel over Answers.

LINE over Answers

Use the Infobip chatbot building platform, Answers, for real-time communication using intuitive automation. Use LINE over Answers to offer customers proactive assistance with an AI- or keyword-based chatbot and help them solve queries.
