Before you begin, check the basics of your country's coverage, restrictions, and current regulations. In addition to the mentioned page, you can also access this information through the web interface (opens in a new tab) by clicking the Check country-specific SMS regulations option.

Email

Use Email to create rich, personalized, and responsive emails using the easy-to-use drag-and-drop email editor (opens in a new tab).

Email messaging is a simple way for ad-hoc one-way communication, or more advanced template management, scheduled sending, or communication flows for one-to-one and one-to-many.

Viber

Viber (opens in a new tab) enables end users to communicate with your business through messages, audio calls, and video calls.

The following solutions are available for customers to communicate with your business:

  • Viber Business Messages (opens in a new tab): Contact customers through their mobile numbers in real time with two-way chats.
  • Viber Bots (opens in a new tab): Enable customers to contact your business at any time. Use custom chatbots with automated responses to answer customers' queries. To start sending Viber messages you need to have Viber sender registered and verified.

To initiate the registration process, the following documentation is required:

  • Warranty Letter
  • Service Qualification Form
  • 6 logos in PNG format of good quality and resolutions:
    • 50 x 50px
    • 65 x 65px
    • 100 x 100px
    • 130 x 130px
    • 256 x 256px
    • 360 x 280px

WhatsApp

Infobip is an official WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) business solution provider and you can manage all WhatsApp communications directly within the Infobip platform across multiple modules.

To initiate the sending of WhatsApp messages, you need to have a registered WhatsApp sender verified by Meta. Follow the steps provided here (opens in a new tab) to start the registration of the WhatsApp sender via the web interface.

After your sender is registered and approved, you must proceed to register the message template that you will send to your end user. This can be done through two different methods:
