Thailand Letter of Authorization (LOA) guidelines

On this page, you will find details about the registration requirements for Thailand and guidance on completing the Letter of Authorization (LOA) form.

There are five networks in Thailand that support local and international traffic:

  • AIS GSM (Advanced Info Service PLC)

  • DTAC (Total Access Communications Co.)
  • My network (by CAT)
  • TOT Mobile

There are two types of number types used in Thailand:

  • Non-DND (Do Not Disturb) numbers - If a person registers their number in non-DND, they will receive all kind of traffic types such as promotional, marketing or transactional.
  • DND (Do Not Disturb) numbers - If a person registers their number in DND, they will only receive necessary traffic such as transactional or OTP.
