Step 4: List your app on the Exchange marketplace

Step 4: List your app on the Exchange marketplace

If your app is set up for use by multiple accounts, and you’d like to offer it to Infobip customers, you can list the app on the Exchange marketplace. Marketplace listings are available for customers to find in multiple places:

Marketplace requirements

  • Any integration with Infobip can be listed – you can use any of our APIs or integration points to create your solution.
  • If you have integrated with any of our channel APIs, you will need to append an integration identifier to your API calls. Contact [email protected] for more information.
  • If you have integrated using one of our integration points, our marketplace team will need to review your app for security and usability. In this process, we’ll ask questions about how the app works, what data the app uses, how it is hosted, and related questions. You’ll be notified if any issues are found, and you can re-submit the app for consideration once any issues have been resolved.
  • You will need to host documentation for the integration. We recommend including the following information in your :
    • Any requirements to install/use the app
    • How to install and set up the app
    • How to use the app
    • Walkthroughs of common use cases
    • Troubleshooting information, if applicable

To create your marketplace listing, you’ll need to provide a description of the app, marketing images and additional information.

After submitting this information, Infobip will review the app to ensure it meets the requirements. Once the app has been approved, it will be available publicly on the Exchange marketplace.

There are many ways that apps developed or listed on Exchange can help drive revenue for your company. Here are a few ways you can benefit from creating an integration and listing it on our marketplace:

  • Grow adoption of your products and services – by using Infobip to add more features to your existing platform, you can offer new features to existing customers and reduce churn.
  • Finding new customers – Depending on your ideal customer profile, you may find new customers by listing your solution on our Exchange marketplace. This increases your net new revenue opportunities and market share, and helps reduce your customer acquisition costs.
  • Charging for your app – Consider creating a paywall for your app to collect one-off payments or create recurring revenue streams. By using a Configuration page, you can require an account and payment for your integration to function correctly. You can set your own pricing scheme, but you will need to collect and process your own payments, as Infobip doesn’t manage billing for apps directly.
  • Join our Partnership program (opens in a new tab) – we have many ways to help you increase revenue opportunities through a partner relationship. Our partner program benefits include a Developer Sandbox, Integration Advisory Services, Market Development funding – all aimed at helping you build a better integration and get to market faster. Register your interest (opens in a new tab) and talk to a partnership specialist to learn more.
