Send an MMS Message

You can start communicating with your customers using MMS over the different Infobip solutions. You can use Broadcast and Flow in the web interface to send a one-time message or notification. You can also use the API (opens in a new tab) to build customer communications.

MMS over Broadcast

Use Broadcast to build a one-time MMS communication to send to your customers.

1. Log in (opens in a new tab) to the web interface and go to Moments > CREATE BROADCAST.
2. Set your channel to MMS, then populate the To and From fields.
3. Add your message in Content where you can also add media and links. Previews are updated in real-time and you can switch between operating system views.
4. Edit the advanced and scheduling options as required.
5. Once ready, hit Continue to Preview, then Launch to go live.

MMS over Flow

Use Flow to send MMS as part of your automated communication scenario.

1. Log in (opens in a new tab) to the web interface and go to Moments > Communications.
2. Click Create Flow.
3. Define your entry point as Predefined Audience, and populate to whom the message is being delivered in To.
4. Add Send MMS Message as the new element.
5. Define sender in From and add your message in Content. Remember to consider the various media and message types rules. Previews are updated in real-time and you can switch between operating system views.
6. Edit the advanced and scheduling options as required.
7. Once ready, hit Validate, then Launch to go live.
