Access account
With simplicity in mind, we worked on the basic features that will allow users to effortlessly access their accounts. Check out how to properly log in and reset your password if you have had multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
Log in to your account
You can access your account via the Infobip homepage (opens in a new tab), or via the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab).
You can log in with the username and password you set during the signup or log in through the Single Sign-on option if it is configured for your account.
In case you cannot remember your login credentials, you can use the Forgot your password? (opens in a new tab) to set a new password.
The login page is also a place where you can select the language that you will use in the Infobip web interface to guide you when building and analyzing communication with your users.
You are required to complete a two-factor authentication (2FA) process when logging in from a new device. The 2FA process consists of an OTP/code sent to you via SMS or Email, and you should enter the received OTP/code in the web interface to successfully authorize the login from the device.
After successful authorization, you will no longer be prompted to complete the two-factor authentication on all subsequent logins from the same device. However, if you want to access the web interface from a new/different device, you will once again be prompted to complete the two-factor authentication process.
We have implemented this process to further enhance the security of your account with Infobip and to ensure that access to your account can only come from the devices you've authorized.
Additionally, please read our Service terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) and Privacy policy (opens in a new tab) at the bottom of the page or use the contact form (opens in a new tab) to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
Log in via single sign-on
If you have configured a Single sign-on for your account, you need to use a specific SSO URL (SP Entity ID), which was generated for you, since it represents a unique access URL to the Infobip web interface, e.g., https://portal.infobip.com/login/saml/contoso/
A specific SSO URL (SP Entity ID) is generated during the Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) (opens in a new tab) process.
Note that the next steps of the login process depend on the configuration set on the identity provider's side.
Retrieve password
Cannot remember your password or simply want to reset it?
There are two ways to do this:
- On the login page, click Forgot your password (opens in a new tab), and follow the steps.
- You can also ask the Admin (the user with the Account Manager role) to change the password for you. In the Infobip web interface, they need to select Users & Teams (opens in a new tab) → Users. Once they open the user profile, they can reset the password.
In both scenarios, you will receive an email with the password reset link.
In case you are still having trouble with login, contact your account manager to confirm your username and check if you are allowed access to the Infobip web interface.
