Getting Started
Here you will find everything you need to get started using the various functions of AI Predictions with Infobip.
Mobile Churn Prediction
To start using Mobile Churn Prediction, you must first complete a few tasks.
Ensure the available solutions are activated for your Infobip account, that there is an active mobile application in mobile app messaging (under the Channels and Numbersmenu in the web interface), and that you are storing your audience in People.
Ensure solutions are activated
You must have an Infobip account to start using AI Predictions. Log in (opens in a new tab), or sign up (opens in a new tab) to create an account.
Check Moments and People are enabled for your account. Also, create an application profile in Channel and Numbers.
Create mobile application
Mobile churn prediction relies on depersonalized event activity being collected by the Mobile SDK of a mobile application and processed by Infobip.
By default, all mobile SDK events and custom events are analyzed. Infobip does not analyze any personal data when creating mobile churn predictions.
See the Mobile push and in-app messages documentation to learn how to do this.
Ensure audience exists in People
Mobile Churn Prediction is reliant on users interacting (or not) with custom events and particular mobile app events such as app installation, app launch, and so on. The mobile application user needs to exist in People and have a pushRegistrationID which is assigned to them when they interact with a mobile application.
