Migrating a 10DLC Number
The options available for migrating 10DLC numbers and campaigns largely depend upon your current setup. To determine which process is feasible, you need to provide Infobip with the following information:

Who is your current number provider?

Who is your current connectivity provider?

How have you registered your 10DLC brands and campaigns? Have you registered them directly with TCR as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP), and then selected a Direct Connect Aggregator (DCA), or does your current provider handle both registration and connectivity?

What is your migration volume?
- Number of brands and campaigns
- Number of 10DLC numbers
- Number of 10DLC numbers per campaign
If the information that you prodide confirms that 10DLC number porting and migration is feasible, the Infobip Support team will perform the migration on your behalf.
