Manage Pages
Get a better understanding of how to use the landing page editor and the various widgets you can use to customize your pages.
Editor
The landing page editor is when you create and edit all of your custom built pages. It allows you to built fully customized landing pages to be in line with your brand and supports multiple media types.
You can access the editor by creating a new landing page or by editing an existing one. Use the drag and drop functionality to insert and move around elements and components on the page.
The following components are available:
- Text
- Image
- HTML
- Button
- Social
- Video
- Divider
- Spacing
As well as using these components, you also have a number of formatting options in the Edit and Settings tabs in the side panel.
The Edit tab allows you to edit an individual section, and Settings affect the whole page.
If you are not ready to publish a page yet, you can save it as a draft when creating/editing pages. To do so, use the actions toggle in the editor next to the publish button, and hit Save as Draft.
Templates
Save landing pages as templates if you are going to need similar pages multiple times, or again at some point in the future.
To do so, create a new page or go to an existing page, and in the editor use the actions toggle to download the HTML for this page.
The HTML file will automatically download to your device, which you can use later to upload a page.
Statuses
Once published, all pages are live for 180 days and cannot be taken offline. If you no longer wish to have them in communications, simply change the landing page selection in your live communications.
You can see page statuses in the dashboard. They appear above the page name in the landing pages list.
You'll see the page status as draft in the pages dashboard.
