Notes
Use notes to notify your team about important matters regarding a conversation with a customer.
You can use the methods below to better manage your notes among your team:
- Create note (opens in a new tab) - Create notes for your team. Add a text note and optionally add attachments, which you will first need to upload to our CDN.
- Get notes (opens in a new tab) - This method lets you obtain a list of all notes from a selected conversation with pagination options.
