Resource Request

The Resource Request API streamlines the process of requesting alphanumeric senders and numbers. This API enables seamless integration with Infobip’s registration and purchasing system.

Some resources require additional data for registration, known as data requirements. These vary depending on the type of resource being requested and may include documentation or specific business details.

The API also provides status tracking for all submitted requests. Some feedback is provided over email with Infobip Support.

postGet resource requirements Early access

Get a list of requirements needed for requesting a specific resource.

getGet resource requests Early access

Gets a page of resource requests, using query parameters to filter results.

postSubmit resource request Early access

Submits a resource request with Infobip. Please note that costs may apply.

getGet resource request Early access

Retrieves a previously submitted resource request by its ID.

postUpload document Early access

Upload a document prior to providing it as a requirement within a resource request.

getDownload document Early access

Download a requirement supporting document (template or sample) or a document you have previously uploaded.

postReceive resource request status update Webhook Early access

Any time resource request status is changed, an event is sent. You need to subscribe to this event over 'REGISTRATION' channel, and specify the 'RESOURCE_REQUEST_STATUS_UPDATE' event.
