Receiving Inbound Messages
In general, you can receive messages to your VLN sent from national as well, as international networks, but it's dependant on the mobile network operator roaming agreements. It is possible that in some cases only local networks are supported.
Opt-out Options
It is possible to create an opt-out option for your clients. Navigate to People > Configuration> Do Not Contact list.
